One Additional Year of Warranty for All Crowdfunding Backers
We are excited to announce that thanks to the incredible support of our crowdfunding community, we have reached our $2,500,000 stretch goal! As a result, all backers who pledged to our campaign will now receive an extended 3-year warranty on their purchase.
Normally, our standard warranty covers manufacturing or shipping-related issues for 2 years. However, in recognition of our backers' commitment, we are pleased to provide an additional 1 year of warranty coverage at no extra cost.
The Lymow One will be available for purchase worldwide. Because of the machine's weight, we’ve worked diligently to keep shipping costs minimal and cover a large portion of them. Backers will need to pay a portion of the shipping fee, which is approximately $49-$300 for each unit, depending on your region. We cover all customs fees, including taxes and VAT.
Please note that the Lymow One lawn mower will be shipped separately from the battery for backers in the EU. In other regions, both the mower and any additional batteries purchased will be delivered together as a complete set.
